This estimator assumes that the assessed value for taxing purposes will be 88% of the market value. The actual assessed value, for taxing purposes, is determined by the property appraiser and may be more or less. The tax amounts are calculated using prior year's millage rates. These rates may change for current year's taxes, which are collected beginning November 1st. This estimator is intended only to give you a general idea of tax rates in Escambia County and is not intended to be used for billing purposes. This estimator does not include any Non-Ad Valorem Taxes.
